I have yet to see a type 2 diabetic healthy and in shape on a GLP 1. WHY?? Because most lack the foundation of nutrition and strength training. What makes you think that your outcome will be any different?

I have yet to see the Type 2 Diabetics in shape while taking GLP 1S. You know why?? It's because most still have poor nutrition habits, they do not strength train, nor do they do cardio. What is making you think that it will be a different outcome for you?
