We are coming to the end of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Just a reminder as we get older our breasts change and even more important to self examine regularly.

I noticed some changes a few weeks ago , went to GP on Monday ,was at Solihull hospital on Sunday the same week , tests done and results within an hour . All clear.
Can't fault the NHS on this occasion so don't wait .
If in doubt get it checked out

Something I have studied for a while but needed the certificates oncology massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Training course in Leicester..Never stop learning .
Was totally exhausted after the day as the therapy was so relaxing plus practising on other therapists.

Tia Carroll is at Uni studying Aesthetics but is also doing a number of massage courses during the holidays. Learning to be your own boss from a young age!

Been away from my therapies for too long. Setting up 7 supported houses and working with women fleeing domestic violence can be very stressful ..poles apart from therapy Life !
