It is a great privilege to be a part of this amazing group! ✨

I will always remember being selected from more than 2500 people and being part of this incredible group of people and being on this incentive trip. ❤️

I would not have made this achievement without my wonderful team and all those who chose to join Thermomix and be a part of my journey. Thank you for believing in me, trusting my vision and creating this adventure with me. 🙏

A huge thank you also to my wonderful customers for trusting not only me, but my whole team. It is possible thanks to your support, your trust and all our Thermomix journeys together.

I am so blessed and proud of our team building! ✨

Did you know that what we usually pull out as a w**d is considered a nutritious vegetable in Nepal? 🌿

Yesterday I spent a few hours at my allotment with my friend Kopila, who is from Nepal. As always, I came home with not only fresh vegetables but also something new to learn. ❤️

Kopila Adhikari showed me a plant that most of us in Poland would simply pull out and throw away. It’s most likely lamb’s quarters (white goosefoot). In Nepal, it’s a popular leafy vegetable used in curries, soups, flatbreads and rice dishes. It’s rich in iron, vitamins A and C, folate and many other valuable nutrients.

It’s amazing how differently people can see the same plant. For some, it’s just a w**d. For others, it’s a healthy and delicious ingredient.

I love learning about different cultures, traditions and the many ways people use what nature provides. Every conversation reminds me to stay curious and to keep learning from one another.

Thank you, Kopila, for spending the day with me and for always teaching me something new. ❤️

🌿 Did you already know this plant was edible?

And if you’d like to see how I’m going to use it in my own kitchen, make sure you follow my profile
I’ll be sharing a recipe very soon! 👩‍🍳💚

Cooking together, laughing, tasting… and a little bit of Thermomix magic. ✨

Yesterday in in Leicester, we hosted a cooking class for the amazing Girls from

Together we made six different risottos – tomato, mushroom, asparagus, pumpkin, beetroot and curry. Some prepared manually, some with the Thermomix… and all absolutely delicious.

Thank you for inviting us to be part of this project. It was such a joy to cook with you.

I’m already looking forward to the next cooking class. 🍽️
