⭐Sweet Scrambled Eggs⭐
For such a long time I was so afraid to try this recipe. I just didn't like the idea of having sweet eggs (ane I think many of you can relate)😆 HOWEVER, this was soooo delicious😍 Highly recommended to try, it is worth the 2 eggs you use for this recipe.
You can modify this recipe as you like, add flavors you enjoy and fruit you love. I personally used a lot of cinnamon which made this taste really good, especially in this Autumn season🍁🍂😊
RECIPE:
✅ 2 eggs
✅1 banana
✅1 apple
✅ Cinnamon
✅ Bit of milk
✅ Sweetener (I used chickory syrup
✅Optional: Chia seeds & Vegan Protein Powder
1.) Mash 1 banana and grate ½ of an apple. Mix it with 2 eggs in a bowl. Add about 3 to 5 table spoons of milk (depends on the structure you get)
2.) Add cinnamon, a sweetener of your choice, and optionally chia seeds or a protein powders of your choice.
3.) Preheat a pan on medium heat (you may use a bit of butter) and transfer the preprepared mixture on the pan. Let it cook for a while. Once it gets a little bit done on the other side, scrable it up and let it sit for a while.
4.) Transfer the sweet scrambled eggs on a plate and decorate as you want😍
