⭐Sweet Scrambled Eggs⭐
For such a long time I was so afraid to try this recipe. I just didn't like the idea of having sweet eggs (ane I think many of you can relate)😆 HOWEVER, this was soooo delicious😍 Highly recommended to try, it is worth the 2 eggs you use for this recipe.
You can modify this recipe as you like, add flavors you enjoy and fruit you love. I personally used a lot of cinnamon which made this taste really good, especially in this Autumn season🍁🍂😊

RECIPE:
✅ 2 eggs
✅1 banana
✅1 apple
✅ Cinnamon
✅ Bit of milk
✅ Sweetener (I used chickory syrup
✅Optional: Chia seeds & Vegan Protein Powder

1.) Mash 1 banana and grate ½ of an apple. Mix it with 2 eggs in a bowl. Add about 3 to 5 table spoons of milk (depends on the structure you get)

2.) Add cinnamon, a sweetener of your choice, and optionally chia seeds or a protein powders of your choice.

3.) Preheat a pan on medium heat (you may use a bit of butter) and transfer the preprepared mixture on the pan. Let it cook for a while. Once it gets a little bit done on the other side, scrable it up and let it sit for a while.

4.) Transfer the sweet scrambled eggs on a plate and decorate as you want😍

I absolutely love poke bowl🙏Plenty of vegetables, options of vegetarian protein and healthy carbs. Moreover, I love rice as well so that is another reason why poke is the best meal choice for me😂

How is your day today? What is your plan for today? Is it an active day or more relax day? What is your goal for today? Or is your goal to finally not do anything? Because that is fine as well. The important thing is that you go to the bed statisfied, with the feeling that it was a good day.

I always start my day with a good breakfast. That is something that makes my day a good day. Today I had a chocolate protein pudding with banana and strawberries, sprinkled with a bit of oats. My next stop is gym where I will have a strength training with a trainer and then I will have a short fat-burn carfio session on a treadmill.

Having a plan is important. However, from my experience, spontaneous activities are the most fun❤ Do you agree?

I always wanted to try to bake a bread. This was my first try and to be honest it went pretty well! I will improve the "baking time" a bit more, however, the taste is very good already. I plan to add the recipe once I will finalize all the detaila of the recipe, so stay tuned😊

This trick of adding a whipped egg white into your oatmeal will make it much smoother and richer. I personally think that this way your oatmeal is more filling and less caloric. Try ir yourself and comment your experience down below.🤗

✔Oats (40g) ✔Milk (I used coconut) ✔Cinnamon ✔Chocolate flavor (I used choco kefir milk) ✔1 egg white ✔Sweetener (I used chickory syrup)

1.) First mix oats with water (twice the amount of oats), then add cinnamon and let it cook for a while. Than add milk - the amount depends on the texture.

2.) Add a flavor you want, I used chocokate kefir milk which made the oattmeal nicely creamy. Stir for a while.

3.) Whipp 1 egg white until it's sticky enough and it to the oatmeal. Mix it properly.

4.) Add a sweetener if you want, I used chickory syrup, my most favorite, and feel freet to add some fruit on top.
