Feeling incredibly grateful tonight.

I had the most beautiful delivery this evening from a dear colleague and his wife, as he steps into a new chapter. The kindness behind it honestly floored me.

The gifts were thoughtful, but the words in the card were what got me. Proper lump in the throat moment. It’s made me pause and reflect on how simply showing up, doing your job with care, and leading with decency can genuinely impact people in ways you don’t always see at the time.

I feel very thankful that I get to do a job I love, while helping others feel supported, seen and valued along the way.

And for the record, Murphy the cat has given the flowers his full approval 🌸

You’re just tired.

Save this gif the days you forget that.

You’re not failing! Overwhelmed doesn’t mean you’re failing. It usually means you have been strong for too long. You don’t need to fix yourself; you just need a bit of steadiness.
