Had to vax our lounge rug as we have a poorly pup at the mo ☹️ & fair to say, I am both disgusted and satisfied in equal measure ……it was only done about a month ago 😮😩 How can it possibly be this grim after a month??? Especially as we’ve spent most of it outside 🤷‍♀️
However, it smells absolutely beautiful now though 🌺 🌷

Think you can’t lose weight through the summer?? Our Birstall & Sileby Slimming World members smashed that theory by losing a fantastic 421lb - that’s 30st 1lb - between them! And 32 weight loss awards were presented, including 3 Personal Achievement Targets!! 🎯 🎯 🎯

BOUNCE-BACK-ABILITY!! Once upon a time this birthday result would have sent me spiralling (if I’d have actually been brave enough to face the scales!!) but I have learnt what tips/tricks work for me to bounce back straightaway - my bounce-back-ability!! Nevertheless, it still blows my mind that I can do this without it feeling like torture & by eating real food!! 😂
