What a beautiful Golden Bliss day yesterday 💛

Jemma and I began the day with a private Floating Sound Bath, holding space for deep rest, relaxation and nervous system reset.

Afterwards, we treated ourselves to a lovely lunch, followed by a long, peaceful countryside walk — the perfect pause between sessions, with big skies, open fields, tiny nature treasures and plenty of time to breathe it all in.

We then ended the day in Takeley, sharing a deeply soothing evening Sound Bath.

Days like this remind us exactly why we do what we do — creating pockets of calm, connection and healing in busy lives, while also remembering to fill our own cups along the way.

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday. It was such a beautiful day from beginning to end.

This is a sacred invitation to slow down, soften, and surrender into deep relaxation. As the sounds and vibrations wash over you, your nervous system is soothed and the body, mind, and spirit are given space to rest, restore, and revive. In this state of deep relaxation, healing can unfold naturally and effortlessly.

The sound bath will take place in this beautiful church, held in a warm and nurturing space with both underfloor and overhead heating. For your own comfort, please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and an eye mask ( if you wish) so you can fully relax and feel supported.
