Thank you to all who came to yesterday soundbath, at a beautiful Wicken Bonhunt Church. There is underfloor heating, overhead infrared heaters, so we are always cozy and warm. Bring your mat, blanket, pillow and it’s time to relax, receive and rest.

✨Join Golden-Bliss for a sound bath in this beautiful church on Wednesday 9th September at 7.30 to 9 pm-£25✨

This is a sacred invitation to slow down, soften, and surrender into deep relaxation. As the sounds and vibrations wash over you, your nervous system is soothed and the body, mind, and spirit are given space to rest, restore, and revive. In this state of deep relaxation, healing can unfold naturally and effortlessly.

The sound bath will take place in this beautiful church, held in a warm and nurturing space with both underfloor and overhead heating. For your own comfort, please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and an eye mask ( if you wish) so you can fully relax and feel supported.

Sunday Sound Baths 💜 A Gift for Yourself

This is where Melanie and I I love to meet, plan, create and implement our ideas for Golden bliss Sound-baths and Retreats.

All whilst being in beautiful, historic surroundings. And course we get to enjoy lunch and a catch up at the same time.

We have some exciting news coming out in a few weeks time, but until then we are busy working on it behind the scenes.

A lovely finish to our Sunday, a pampering session using natural, clean, toxin free, organic products, made in the UK.

A huge, thank you to all who came, for Amy, who traveled miles to teach us all about it, for Green Dot Cafe for allowing us to use their lovely premises, after hours 💚

For anyone who knows myself and Melanie, we practice, clean living as much as we can and it is a passion of ours to share it with others.

It was really educational, fun, relaxing, and enjoyable time. We look forward to the next one. Xx😊🙏🏻💚
