I've just arrived in Cambridge as today I'm meeting with NHS health & justice team through my volunteering with Essex Recovery Foundation

I will be interviewed today for a podcast which will be broadcast within a local prison. It's a pilot scheme & I hope my time & story will help others to find their sobriety & support
We aim to share the message there is hope after addiction.

More to follow later on my day out. For now I need to run in the rain to where I need to be!

Sharing this podcast episode. I listen to Daniel O'Reilly a lot as I find his raw honesty so relatable
Take a listen, he refers to his sobriety but this can be relevant to anything in life you're finding a bit toxic... anything I use to escape is a "substance" for me personally

My Facebook status 7yrs ago....
I left my well paid office job & took a risk

I cannot begin to cover the s**t we've dealt with since that update, but wow... I think i could do a book about it! Or maybe a podcast 🤔 😉 😂

I'm 4 stone lighter & maintained

Sober from Alcohol dependancy (2yrs)

I've continued to run my Cleaning business & build a successful company.

Diagnosed with ADHD & strong Autism traits

I successfully build up 2 very successful franchises, supporting weightloss & maintainance in 2yrs
Then stepped away to protect my mental health & sobriety

All whilst grieving not only my brother but 15+ friends & family

But I'm Strong. A warrior. A fighter

On 13th September Im excited to bring my very own unique support groups to my home town of Bishop's Stortford 😲
