Apparently AI turned me into a wellness superhero… 😄

The funny thing is that real wellness doesn’t happen in comic books.

I’m currently on holiday and today the weather is grey, rainy and, by some standards, a complete washout.

But instead of letting the weather decide how I feel, I decided to enjoy the day anyway.

One small moment that made me smile was helping a stranger with their bus fare when they were a little short of money.

No grand gesture. Just a small act of kindness.

And it reminded me that wellbeing isn’t only about what we eat, how we move or how we breathe.

It’s also about gratitude.
Connection.
Perspective.
And choosing joy where we can find it.

💚 My mission is to empower people to nourish, move, breathe and flourish.

Because small steps really do create a big impact.

And I’m still working on getting some of that positive energy to rub off on my other half too! 😄

It’s called Sitali breath:
1️⃣ Roll your tongue like a straw.
2️⃣ Inhale deeply through the tongue (feel that instant chill!).
3️⃣ Close your mouth and exhale smoothly through your nose.
