Outreach Support Worker
-Blackburn, Accrington, Burnley, Darwen.

Marana Care is currently seeking a caring, reliable Outreach Support Worker to support a female individual with learning difficulties and visual impairment. This role focuses on promoting independence, wellbeing, and meaningful community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the individual within the community
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Assisting with daily activities and day trips

Working 4 days a week

Requirements:
🚗 Own car essential
🚘 Full UK driving licence
💷 Mileage allowance paid

We are looking for a female who is:
• Kind, patient, and compassionate
• Reliable and well organised
• A strong communicator
• Able to work independently
• Experienced in a support role (essential)
