✨ SOMETHING NEW I’VE BEEN CREATING… ✨

I haven’t actually shared this on my Sound Healing page yet, but with the doors closing THIS SUNDAY, I wanted to make sure nobody here misses it. 🤎

Hot Girl Healing Club is a 6-month online community for women who are ready to start prioritising themselves again.

And no — you don’t need to be single, going through a breakup or have some huge healing story.

It’s for the mums, wives, girlfriends, single women, busy women… the women who spend so much time being everything to everyone else that somewhere along the way, they stopped making themselves a priority.

For the next 6 months, we’re creating a space for:
✨ connection & genuine female friendship
✨ weekly guidance, prompts & self-reflection
✨ healing & personal growth
✨ accountability and encouragement
✨ putting YOU back on your own list

Our first cohort officially begins Monday 7th September, and the WhatsApp community is already buzzing with women connecting, sharing and supporting each other. 🥹🤎

Doors close Sunday evening. Once they’re closed, they’re closed for this cohort.

We have two brilliant pop-up workshops coming up this month, and whether you're looking for a burst of creativity or a moment of calm - we've got you covered.

🎨 Vision Boards
Friday 11th September | 10:00am – 12:00pm

Join a small, supportive group of women and be guided through the process of choosing images, words and patterns that inspire and motivate you — before putting it all together on your very own vision board to take home. All materials provided. ✨

🌿 Reiki with Lynsey from 'Tune Into Your Spirit'
Thursday 17th September | 5:45pm – 6:45pm

A gentle, welcoming introduction to Reiki with Lynsey - Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner and Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach. A calm, inclusive space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived. 💛

Right now is about intention, momentum and nurturing what you want to grow. As we reach the Full Moon, the focus shifts towards reflection, gratitude and letting go of what you no longer want to carry. 🌕

Last night me and Adam held our second Overnight Sound Journey 🌙✨

And it was another really lovely night.

We started with cacao before everyone got cosy and settled in for a night of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and gongs. There’s something really special about having that amount of time together, with nowhere to be and nothing to do other than switch off, rest and just be.

We finished the sound journey at 6am with some silent integration, then shared morning refreshments together.

And this time we all decided to go out for breakfast afterwards too 🥰 It was such a nice way to finish the night — sitting around a table together, chatting about the experience, eating breakfast and slowly coming back to normality 😂

Thank you to everyone who came along and trusted us to hold the space for you. The feedback has been lovely and it makes all the planning (and staying awake all night 😂) completely worth it.

Our second one done… and definitely not our last 🌙🤍

I’m back 🤍✨

I’ve had a much-needed little rest and reset away with my daughter, and I honestly feel so ready and excited for everything that’s coming up over the next few weeks.

🌙 Saturday 22nd - overnight sound journey with myself and Adam - St Annes

🌿 Monday 24th – Cleveleys Sound Bath
We already have 11 beautiful souls booked on, but there are still a few spaces if you fancy an evening to switch off, slow down and just be for a while.

✨ 6th September – Sacred Within with Emma
The last Sacred Within was genuinely such a beautiful evening, and I’m so excited to create that space together again. A chance to reconnect, go inward and give yourself some proper time for you.

🔥 7th September – Hot Women Healing Club begins!
Me and Sandie are the founders of something we’ve been quietly putting so much into behind the scenes.

This isn’t a one-off event or another thing you sign up for and forget about. It’s a six-month commitment to yourself. A community of women choosing to work on themselves together — mindset, healing, confidence, boundaries, self-worth, body, purpose and actually creating a life that feels good to live.

Six months of showing up for you, with other women doing the same. 💕

I’ve loved my little break, but I’m SO ready to get back to it. There’s so much coming and I can’t wait to share it all with you. 🤍✨
