Taking time to reset
We're always on the go, jumping from one task to another without a break. It's a habit we all fall into.
But constantly being 'on' doesn't give our nervous system a chance to unwind, and that tension and stress can stick around.
It's crucial we take a step back - whether that's a week, a day, or just a few hours. Treat yourself to some extra sleep, take a walk, or head to your happy place.
Finding time to unwind can be challenging but can you negotiate taking time off or plan a relaxing day out?
