💗 Happy National Left-Handers Day! 💗
As a leftie, I feel this one needs celebrating! 😂
Growing up left-handed meant smudging absolutely EVERYTHING ✍️, having a constant battle with rulers 📏, struggling with measuring cups, and basically anything with a spout! 🤣
And let’s not even talk about writing neatly without the paper being at a 90 degree angle😂
But being a leftie also comes with its perks… apparently we’re more creative, think a little differently and are pretty good at looking at things from another angle. 💡🎨
So here’s to all my fellow lefties! 🙌❤️

As appreciation days go, this one HAS to be one of the best… Duran Duran Appreciation Day! 🎶🤣
Born in the 70s, raised in the 80s and loved the 90s comeback I can absolutely appreciate a bit of Duran Duran! 😂❤️
Wild Boys was always a favourite and I still remember that video! 👀🤣
So, today's activity challenge is simple… put your favourite Duran Duran on and dance around the kitchen! 💃🕺
Who needs a gym when you've got a kitchen, a decent playlist and absolutely no shame?! 🤣
And let's be honest… now we're getting on a bit more, we need to grab every opportunity for a bit of extra activity! 😂🙌

I haven’t been out for a wander since Monday and god don’t I know it!! 😩😂 My brain and body were itching to get out, so off I went 🥾🌿
It’s sooooo dry out there! Normally parts of this place are absolute bogs and you can barely get through them, yet now they’re bone dry 😳
It’s awful seeing the valleys burning though 😔 One is still smouldering weeks later and now another one is alight again. 💔🔥
Such a beautiful place and so sad to see it like this.
Anyway… wander done, head a little clearer and body happy again! ❤️🥾
