Blairgowrie & Rattray Community First Responders

Blairgowrie & Rattray Community First Responders Supporting our community. Strengthening local resilience. Local volunteers delivering fast, lifesaving care when every second counts.

Working alongside the Scottish Ambulance Service, our trained responders provide early intervention at medical emergencies, strengthen community resilience, and help save lives across Blairgowrie, Rattray and the surrounding area. We’re neighbours helping neighbours — building a safer, more confident community through rapid response, CPR training, and public defibrillator awareness.

🚑 What we do (a simple explanation)

Community First Responders are volunteers who are trained to attend certain emergency calls in their local area, usually before an ambulance arrives.

We’re not there instead of ambulance crews — we’re there in support of them, helping to bridge the time between a call being made and further help arriving.

Small actions. Early intervention. Local response.
