Washing day for the sauna hats.

Sauna hats help regulate your temperature when you’re in the sauna. They help keep the head cooler and can also help protect your hair. You don’t have to wear one, but we have them if you want to.

I have my last May Sustain retreat day here on Sunday, but will be adding more events to my website soon.

This morning is one of those beautiful Spring mornings, still a little nip in the air - don’t put your peas out yet! The sun is just rising and the skies are crystal clear.

I’m an early bird, I walk my dogs after a cup of coffee & I feel sometimes, I’m the only human awake.

I’m off to teach a yoga practice to celebrate a fortieth birthday followed by Crystal Singing Bowls. This morning I feel very lucky.

I hope you’re having a lovely Easter weekend.

I teach a yoga class this morning and then I’m going to try not to shoe horn too much into my weekend.

Although the sun in warm when it shines, and the longer days are a treat, it was a long wet Winter, I still don’t feel super energetic, so I’m going to practice what I preach and take a few things off my to do list.

The dog didn’t eat the mini eggs….

This morning in Dorset it feels like Spring, bright blue skies, tweeting birds, a little March nip in the air, with the optimism that comes with lengthening days.
