Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come since teacher training 💫
Lately I’ve been reflecting on how much yoga has helped me grow, not just as a teacher but as a person too. Over time it’s become so much more than movement for me. It’s confidence, connection, strength, mindfulness and learning to trust my own flow 💫
From Chair Yoga to Vinyasa, Body Flow, Body Balance & Shapes, I’ve found my own style of teaching — a mix of movement, mindfulness and feeling good in your body ☀️🧘♀️
And of course my original mat, still my favourite after all this time, keeps me grounded✨
Always learning, growing and forever grateful for this journey 🌿
