We take a holistic, evidence-informed approach, recognising how stress, emotional load, and nervous system regulation directly affect mental health. 🤕

Support includes group and one-to-one sessions, practical coping tools, grounding and energy-based techniques focused on calming the body, reducing stress, and improving emotional regulation. 🧘🏽‍♂️

This is a safe, non-judgemental space to talk, learn, heal and grow, offering support that goes way beyond conversation. 🗣

We support mental, physical, spiritual and emotional well-being, working on all forms. Effective mental health support works with the whole system, not just the symptoms. 👊🏼

It's a big deal reaching out, we get it, but we are here waiting, no pressure, ready when you are. We would be honoured to be a part of your healing journey. 🙏🏼

The new room, ready to go! ✨️

After months of renovations, we are finally OPEN and couldn't be more excited! 😁

It feels like forever, lots of set backs and hoo hars, but we are here, ready and raring to go! 🙌🏼

I can't thank my HGC family enough, who have worked their butt's off for opening the door to this amazing opportunity to do what I love best! This is only just the beginning! 🚀💥

The most amazing experience! 🥹

That feeling of standing under the waterfall is a hard one to explain. Absolute freedom.

I couldn't of needed that experience more, cleansing away everything that no longer served me and what was weighing me down. It was magickal! ✨️

I can't express enough how good getting out in nature is for you! Totally changes your whole mindset! Feels like home for me...🥰

Mother nature in all her glory, the purest form of healing you will ever recieve! 🙌🏼🙏🏼

I've always been one to keep things to myself in the past and get up and 'get on with it'. But now i've learnt that absolute transparency and communication is key! 🗝

The past month and a half have been a struggle, I won't lie. So much going on and a lot of sadness around me. I've literally been running on hope and coffee (something I don't even drink anymore)! This past week it has all caught up with me and smacked me straight in the face! 🥴 i've been on such a downer and in my own head. However, instead of running away from what is going on, I now sit with it and face it, as much as I hate doing that, it's a must! It helps, trust me! 🙏🏼

So anyway, today i've put my face on and i'm having a full self care weekend. Why? Because I deserve it and i've learnt to respect myself enough to put myself first in times like this. Something I would of never, ever done in the past! 😬 i've had the tunes blasting, nature has been my bestie and every single day i've told myself who I am and what kind of day i'm going to have! The mind is powerful but it is easily tricked! 😉

That's the beauty of growth and transformation. It takes you places you never thought you would reach, even in the dark and uncertain times.

Not really sure where i'm going with all this, just thinking out loud really, but I like to be open and honest. You can be spiritual and have your s**t together and still lose it all in the next breath! There's no such thing as perfect eh! 😊

So, my message is...nothing lasts forever and everything is temporary! 🙌🏼
