🦋HOPE is a sacred force, that it can sometimes be too easy to loose. This message comes to you to help,shift your perspective, make space for the colour and light that is waiting to shine into your life.
But first, it is important to acknowledge your pain from the past and fear of the future, as well as any feelings of hopelessness.
Pretending that they don't exist, are not real, is not helpful.
When you do realise, identity, acknowledge and process them, you begin to release them, instead of hiding them within.
You are bringing dark into light, which can lead to the truth that ANY difficulty can be turned around, and that hope springs eternal.

Why? Because she is too caught up in her inner world, focusing on the dark, the obstacles.

Choose to stay in the dark, or step into the light and see the hope that is ALWAYS there.

🦋💛🍂SEPTEMBER
THE Time of Autumn Equinox and Harvest Moon whispers in through goldening leaves.
This September time of mellow sunsets matches with the unique frisson of morning chill matched with golden glow.
Seasons transition.
Blessed change, as the wheel of the year turns, feels deeply familiar as it echoes in our very cells.
Now is the last waltz of Summer, the first embrace of Autumn.
Now is when, as the leaves shed, we too look to what has lost it's splendour in our lives, what once brought life and colour that has begun to wilt on life's vine.
In allowing the gentle dropping of that which belongs to before, we allow an uncovering of our paths ahead.
Autumn prepares us to make ready to Winter well, to nurture and self-hug, as the old year kisses it's last goodbye.
But for today, it is the 1st of September.
May it's unique colours bring you peace as we step into a new month together, with hope and love for each other, whatever challenges and joys lie before us.

We are Wyn Abbot and Kathy Hodges, from The Wise Women Podcasts.

Kathy Hodges is an independent historian and researcher of Ancient, Medieval, Tudor and Georgian social, political, spiritual and religious history.

Wyn Abbot is an author, artist and independent researcher whose work explores ancient mythology, goddess traditions, religion and the ways in which stories evolve across cultures, through time. With an MA in Environment and Philosophy and many years spent working as a ceramic artist and author, Wyn brings together academic research, visual storytelling and a lifelong fascination with the ancient world.

Together we dig deep into History, Myth, and Folklore, unpicking the facts from the legends and bringing the past to life!
