💎 Congratulations to Simone! 💎

Last Saturday, Simone received her Diamond Award, celebrating an amazing 12 months at target after losing 2 stone 12lbs in group (3 stone 12lbs in total) 🎉

As we head into tomorrow’s group, what will we be celebrating with you in the future? Can you picture yourself reaching target and maintaining it too?

It won’t happen overnight, but with the right plan, support and commitment, I truly believe that anyone can achieve their dream weight and learn how to stay there.

Some might say the Wednesday slimmers are on fire… 🔥

And they’d be absolutely right!

Last night was award night, with an incredible TWELVE awards handed out, ranging from a ½ stone award right through to an amazing 5½ stone award. What a group! 👏

But it’s not just about the weight loss. We love discovering new things too. Last week, John tried beetroot for the very first time at the age of 68 (and loved it!), while Val shared that she adds a spoonful of miso to her homemade hummus. Who knew? 😋

If you’re looking for support, inspiration, motivation, new ideas and plenty of laughs along the way, come and join us.

The school holidays start in just over six weeks and tonight we are asking the question “how do you want to FEEL by then?”

🎉 You may remember seeing the video of Rebecca stepping on the scales 12 weeks ago and reaching her target after losing an incredible 10 stone! ❤️

Yesterday we celebrated another fantastic milestone as Rebecca picked up her 12-week Target Award 🏆👏

This is what Slimming World is all about. Not just losing weight, but making changes you can live with, enjoy and maintain. No dieting. No going without. Just healthy, satisfying food, a little more activity and a mindset that helps you stay on track for life.

We're so proud of you, Rebecca. Losing 10 stone is amazing. Maintaining that loss and enjoying life at target is something really special too. 🌟🥰
