A message from Tandee:

“Hi everyone! I’m Tandee, and I’m so excited to be joining you in the studio. I’m a mat, barre, and reformer instructor with a background in dance, where my passion for movement first began.

My classes focus on creating a calm yet energising atmosphere where you can move with intention, build strength, and reconnect with yourself. I strive to create a welcoming space where everyone can meet themselves exactly where they are, while enjoying movement in a supportive and uplifting environment.

I can’t wait to move with you all!”
