This garden bar is Complete with Ecoscape slatted grey cladding. (maintenance free)
4m sliding door with integral blinds
EPDM one piece rubber roof (50 year life expectancy) with gutter system to rear

Electric Underfloor heating
Armoured cable run & cat6 for WiFi & full electrical package
Custom built bar with fridge and granite worktops
Lvt herringbone floor finish
Fully painted inside ready for the client to move in.
