What a beautiful month it has been! Sunshine, long overdue catch ups with soul sisters, wildflowers and hedgerows teaming with spring life and a nice heatwave to end the month on a potent full blue moon.

Here’s what we enjoyed this month ✨

Ritual…..

Who has a ritual planned for the first supermoon of 2026?

Ta**us is all about the good things in life, pleasure, security, self care, here’s a simple wealth spell for tomorrow, you’ll have most of these things in the cupboard, you can use white or gold candles if you don’t have any green.

Wealth can mean many things, what does it mean to you? Financial security, time freedom, being able to give to others because you gave more than you need, my wealth and your wealth will look different.

Now that you’ve spent time getting clear on it here’s your ritual…

Cleanse your space, cleanse your energy.

Set your intention, what do you want to manifest, what is life like when I have it, how does life feel?

Write it down, create a symbol or call a mantra, whatever resonates with you.

Breathe deeply, visualise your energy expanding until it fills your body.

Fill a small dish with salt, sprinkle with mint, cinnamon or basil or all three if you like.

Add your wealth crystals, I’ve chosen carnelian for creativity, aquamarine for opportunity, moss agate for growth and flow and clear quartz to magnify and clear blockages.

If you have written your intention down or drawn a symbol, place it under the dish or bind it to your candle.

Set your candle in the centre, take some deep breaths and light your candle, visualising the wealth you wish to call in until the candle has burned to its base.

Finish your ritual with what makes you feel good, great food, wine, a goddess bath and a good dance are all the perfect way to seal your ritual.

Myrtle

Myrrhophore’s have a guardian oil, for many it’s Angelica but Myrtle is mine. As soon as I breathed her in I felt at home. She deepens my work, helps me transcend realms with ease, brings clarity to my divination and enables me to connect with spirit more easily.

The scent of Myrtle isn’t gentle, it’s herbal and bittersweet with spice and a warm resinous base. Some find it sharp on their first breath for me it’s evocative of a warm breeze on a Greek clifftop.

My first encounter with Myrtle was 22 years ago on my wedding day, the family who owned the villa we stayed in threw a wedding reception for us in their taverna and the tables were full of wild flowers and myrtle, the scent was incredible! Little did I know at the time that it was used in Ancient Greek love rites.

Associated with Aphrodite, Myrtle is symbolic of beauty and love and as a protective talisman and has many skin and health benefits but for me it will always be a healing oil first and foremost.

The frequency of Myrtle is very high, feminine and devotional, enhancing intuition and clairvoyance and a powerful healing aid for trauma, self destructive patterns and despair as it helps to foster self love and acceptance and is useful to soothe and bring balance to the emotions.

Planting Myrtle in a very sheltered sunny position, will protect you and your home however you may need to protect her from frost.

I absolutely adore the energy of the wolf. Bringing us the message of clear communication and joyful expression through the voice.

Wolves are centred around community so this cycle we are being asked how we can be of service and beauty to our community.

We are also being asked to share our gifts more openly than before - if you are drawn to healing work, now is the time to step into the light and let it be known. You are here to help others and the wolf as teacher is a powerful guide to walk by your side as you embrace further steps to being of service.

This is a time of really leaning into your intuition and trusting yourself as deeply as those you love. Trust that you know the way, the timing is right and that you are well supported right now.

The moon may also be illuminating where you can create space for the new to arrive. Where are you blocking yourself from receiving?

This is a time to be with your ‘pack’ and celebrate, cherish moments of joy and togetherness and lessen feelings of isolation. Gather, create and marvel at the bounty of our beautiful mama earth 🌿

Plant of the month for May is a beautiful ally for our nervous system…..Lemon Balm

A nurturing plant medicine after April’s tricky energy, mildly sedative it eases anxiety and stress and helps lift your mood.

Lemon balm asks us to be gentle with ourselves before we go again with her restorative nature, to take time for rest and allow joy into our life.

Lemon balm tea with a little honey to honour this plant’s latin name Melissa (Greek for honeybee) is a gentle pick me up, or let it cool for a refreshing infusion on a summer’s day!
