The Full Moon is all about release and is linked to high-vibe, wild energy.

What’s not serving you anymore? What is ready to be let go of?
If you’re unsure what to release, just take a few moments of quiet reflection. Write down anything that feels heavy, stagnant, or out of alignment — then burn it, bury it, or symbolically “release” it to the universe.

However, the New Moon is all about intention setting and is linked to internal, cave-like energy.

What’s ready to begin? What are you ready to call in?

In every culture, fire was honoured as sacred: a way to release, transform, and invoke.

During our Full Moon Circle, we gather around candles to burn away old energies, fears, and stories that no longer serve us.

During our New Moon Ceremony, we gather in the heat of the sauna to sweat out negative energies and limiting beliefs that no longer serve us.
