Monday mornings!

Personally I love them! A new week starting with the weekend to look forward to 😊

Slightly later breakfast today, took a while to dry both me and the 🐶 off after our walk, but settling down now to finish prep for group tonight 📖

Great weather for ducks! 🤣

What a contrast in weather from last week! So much work to do in the garden, and with the help from good friends I’m getting there ❤️

Collected 2 ducks after weigh in this week (carrying forward a half 🐣) and hopefully this activity will help earn me another this week🤞🏻

Anyone else dodging the rain in the garden? 😊

When you have that Friday night takeaway feeling……

Knowing I would fancy chips or a curry I ordered chicken curry loaded fries as one of the meals in my Slimming World Kitchen box 🤣

What I love 🥰 about Slimming World is that food is not complicated and uses everyday ingredients!

Tonight for example - I’m going to group as a member and I have a committee meeting some distance away later on, so I need to take my dinner with me to eat after weigh in 🍝🍅🍄🫑🌶️

From my cupboard, fridge and freezer I got this tasty pasta dish assembled in 15 minutes. All completely food optimised and delicious (maybe not the most attractive to look at 🤣)

So I know that when I get home late tonight I won’t be hungry and I won’t be tempted to pick up a takeaway on my way home 😊
