“Ryan was professional, patient and thorough — persevering with a difficult blockage until I could hear properly again. Great guy and great service.”

Ryan visited Adrian at home in the evening after he called us about a blocked ear. During the assessment, he found that both ears were affected by wax. One cleared quickly, while the other proved much more challenging and required extra time, patience and a different approach.

We’re delighted that Adrian experienced a real improvement in his hearing and appreciated the care, explanation and perseverance throughout the appointment.

We love this review from Patricia because it highlights something that's really important to us at Ear Care Dorset — making sure our patients feel comfortable, informed and involved throughout their appointment. 💙

Patricia was initially a little nervous because she has very small ear canals. Ryan took the time to explain the equipment, show her what was happening inside her ears and give her the choice of whether she wanted to proceed.

We're delighted to hear that she felt so relaxed during the treatment that she nearly fell asleep! 😴

“My appointment was easily made. Ryan turned up on time and was very polite, professional and easy to chat with.

I was abit nervous as I have very tiny ears and was shown the equipment and the role they played.

I could see my ears on examination as a camera to hold was given. Very interesting I must say. I was given a choice as to weather I wanted to proceed with process as ears showed quiet healthy and clear with only a tiny bit of old wax. I chose to go ahead as I wanted to experience the whole service. I must say I was so relaxed during I nearly fell asleep.

Very very professional, engaging and fully explained procedure through out.
