The codes I'm sharing with you come during my morning meditations. I ask: "What's my code for today?"and there comes a picture, feeling, word or emotion. You can call it a motto, a word for the day, or a friendly reminder. Try it yourself, it's fun :)

What's going on during the chakras balancing session?
I will check the 7 main chakras, which are energetic centres in your body, and if they need balancing, aligning, opening up or just attention, I'll give them that. Unbalanced or blocked chakras indicate which areas in your body and in your life invite you to take a closer look at. How do I make it happen? By expressing intention and allowing energies to do their work. Easy-peasy :) How will you feel? Balanced, aligned, opened up, energised, insightful, connected, relaxed, enjoying better sleep, grounded, elated - all of it, some of it or something completely different. It will be as unique as you are.

What's CHANNELING?

CHANNELING = PLUG YOUR HEART IN & RECEIVE

Channeling to me is connecting with highest energies purely by expressing intention, tuning in and opening up to receiving. It's like pluging my heart into an ifinite ocean, expanding and allowing whatever comes. It might be a feeling, picture, emotion, piece of information or simply streaming sentences. During our session you ask a guestion and I receive a reply for you. Sometimes we both receive what's there to come, sometimes there are traumas being released or shadows come to light but the result is always uplifting and creating space for something new. How do you know it works? You feel it. And when you know something is true for you there's no mistake - your whole being responds to it with lightness and recognition. You will know :)

INTUITIVE ENERGY MASSAGE is a massage that I use my intuition to perform (and hands;). Simply: I ask your body what it needs or whatever it feels it needs support with, and I follow its prompts. Or even better: I ask you to ask your body what it needs and we take it from there. Intuitive energy massage that I do is a fusion of my knowledge, skills and intuitive insights put to use according to your highest good. I ask highest energies and spiritual guides to assist us during the session, and if we also had channeling before, I integrate the message into your body. I love it as the benefit is mutual- there is always a hidden gem of a message there for me too.
