When women gather together, something ancient awakens.

This is the heart behind Wandering Women’s Wellbeing.

Women supporting women. Community. Shared wisdom. Ritual. Movement. Laughter. Rest. A remembering of something deeper.

This November, I invite you to join me in the sacred landscape of Glastonbury, held within the peaceful setting of a beautifully converted barn.

Together we’ll explore daily yoga, mindfulness practices, nature walks, sound healing, and the ancient wisdom of mugwort—learning how this feminine herb can support women through different seasons and stages of life.

As autumn invites us to slow down and turn inward, this retreat offers space to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with other women.

Step into the season with intention, calm, and connection.

Only shared rooms remain available.

Message me for more information or to reserve your place. 🍂✨

This is how I teach resilience to my clients.

Each block in the tower represents a protective factor: sleep, movement, connection, nature, routine, support.

When those blocks are in place, we’re often better able to navigate life’s challenges.

As stress increases and those supports begin to fall away, the tower starts to wobble. The system becomes less stable as the load increases and support decreases.

The good news is that resilience isn’t about getting it right all the time. It’s about recognising what helps us stay steady and rebuilding those supports when we can.

If your tower feels a little wobbly right now, what’s one block you could add back this week?

And if you’re finding it difficult to rebuild those supports alone, therapy can offer a space to explore what might help you feel steadier again.

You’ve become so used to earning your rest that you’ve forgotten it was never something you were supposed to earn.

🌿We live in a culture that treats rest as a reward a- something to be “unlocked” only after we’ve exhausted ourselves.
But resting isn’t a gold star for good behavior; it’s a biological necessity and a core part of being human.
When you start believing that your worth is tied solely to your productivity, the guilt of resting creeps in.
Take a moment to remind yourself today

✨ You don’t need to empty your cup completely to justify refilling it.
✨ Rest is productive. It helps you heal, reset, and return to your life with clarity.
✨ You are worthy of peace simply because you exist. What is one small, guilt-free way you are going to rest your mind or body today?

Let’s normalize resting without a to-do list in the comments below.

This month there’ll be no Wandering Women walk.

Instead, as we approach the Summer Solstice, I’m inviting you to gather around the fire with me.

For centuries, fire has been a symbol of transformation, warmth, community and letting go. It invites us to slow down, share stories, sit in reflection and honour the turning of the seasons.

On the shore at Branksome Dene, as the sun begins to set, we’ll gather in a simple circle of women. There’ll be gentle conversation, moments of quiet reflection, a small solstice ritual, the sound of the waves, and of course, marshmallows toasted over the fire.

No pressure to share. No need to be anything other than yourself.

Just a chance to pause, breathe, connect and mark the longest days of the year together.

✨ Wandering Women’s Wellbeing Retreat ✨

I’m so excited to share the very first Wandering Women’s Wellbeing Retreat.

This retreat has grown from everything that Wandering Women is about: slowing down, connection, nature, wellbeing and the simple magic that can happen when women gather together.

Over the weekend we’ll explore practices that support nervous system restoration and can be gently woven into everyday life. There will be morning and evening yoga, meditation, journaling, a sound bath, delicious vegetarian food, nature walks around Glastonbury, rest, laughter and connection.

We’ll be staying in a beautiful converted barn overlooking the Somerset Levels from 6th–8th November, in the sacred landscape of Glastonbury.

If you’ve been feeling the need to pause, reconnect with yourself and spend time in the company of supportive women, this may be for you.

For more information or to book your place, send me a message or email me directly ❤️

Somebody shared this recently and it stayed with me.

Not because fear disappears when we become curious.

But because curiosity can sometimes open a door where fear tells us there is only a wall.
