We had a nearly full team comprising Ray Meager expert butcher, plus Thomas & Charles in the cutting room on Thursday, and have a fresh selection of Ribeye, Rump, Sirloin & Fillet steaks in the shop, perfect for the barbecue and not yet frozen. Take advantage of these as we will be freezing them as soon as the shop closes.
And we have more burgers! Made from our own recipe of fresh, grated horseradish, non GM & gluten-free rusk, sea salt, & white pepper, in classic 4-packs.
We also have fresh & frozen Beef mince (perfect for making your own burgers when the sun's out) and chilli for these chilly May evenings.

Topside, Silverside & Sirloin roasting joints are still available, as are rolled Brisket and all the slow-cook cuts - braising steak, chuck steak, shin rounds, Osso Buco, diced beef, oxtail, tongue, Ox cheeks, bones, as well as all organ meat such as kidney, liver, & heart. These are cheaper cuts but augment a diet as they are nutrient-rich and contain essentials such as Vitamin B12 and Iron.
Shing's beautiful hens continue to lay well so we have plenty of Pastured Eggs, honey from Bees n Business plus a few assorted pork & lamb joints form the freezer. Also, preserves & jam from plus Organic Jumbo & Rolled Oats & Muesli base, Kombucha, Cordial, Tallow Balm, soaps & deodorant.
