An action packed weekend that started with The Great British Business Awards Friday evening and a well earned Silver Award for Female Entrpreneur of the Year 2026... Truly incredible evening and some friendships formed to continue to scale our company. Thank you to gbexpos Dorney Triathlon and renARTgades Modern Makers Market | Newbury, Berkshire for believing in our vision of natural recovery.

Dorney Lake for a 6am start after the awards the night before...wow what a turnout. Returning triathletes and runners mentioning how good it works for them and promoting us to new runners enquiring. This is an ice breaking moment 👏🏾👏🏾.

As we watched the last marathoner finish and offered assistance to runners with cramp and exhaustion, we headed home to restock...

To finish we made our way to Newbury for Renartgades Market, capturing the early runners and cyclists before the rain set in. So glad we made all these events and with a new recruit to enable more sales.

Brain tumour recovery year 8!!! This is not an overnight success..and for those that continue to follow our journey will appreciate the dedication you need to ensure full recovery is possible.

Year one...Brain Tumour started to grow again

Year two..Chemotherapy started for 18mths

Year three.. We had Covid and isolated

Year four .. Muscle Mechanics created

Year five..Daily Physio, OT,SLT and diet reviewed

Year six.. Shunt malfunction, surgery to fix..MRIs

Year seven..Time to invest in more sports to design a great rehabilitation plan

Year eight..leaves Primary School for Secondary in a mainstream setting with access to education..

Each year we have fought for access, progression and change within his world where movement matters. Every muscle counts..even the ones that raise your eyebrow with curiosity or frown when you are frustrated. Closing your eyes to sleep all need muscle activity.

This is Muscle Mechanics working daily..helping you move your body, naturally.

Weight training is super to watch as Jenson has managed to set personal bests each week. He continues to push for more..so we aim for more 💪🏾.

We survived SpaFest at the huge CarFest within Silverstone!

Amazing thanks to the incredible 💪🏾
We challenged, pushed back on old narratives of

"I don't have any muscles!"

"Does it work?"

"Can the children use it?"

With success ..we addressed the many enquiries about a variety of muscular related problems. Especially after the night before with crooked necks and aching backs...we put our balms to work!

Some visitors were surprised by the level of knowledge we possess and others were shocled at how effective our balms were for their particular issues.

Jenson put in a shift and encouraged people to try our darts game to win a free tin...he was speaking and engaging...walking for what seemed miles at times. Determined to show people what we can do. 💯💪🏾

Gale force winds, rain that nearly flooded the stand and then pure sunshine...we were there to assist people with everyday aches, pains and strains!
