ANKLE STABILITY MATTERS
Your ankles provide the foundation for balance, movement and force production. Poor ankle stability can increase the risk of sprains and affect how your knees, hips and feet move.
Signs of reduced ankle stability:
• Frequent ankle sprains
• Wobbling or “giving way”
• Poor single-leg balance
• Difficulty controlling landing or cutting movements
Improve it with:
✔️ Single-leg balance
✔️ Calf raises
✔️ Proprioception exercises
✔️ Controlled hopping & landing drills
Strong, stable ankles = better movement and injury resilience.
