🌟 Fantastic feedback from a recent training session where we put the Mangar Swift, Rhino, Evac Pro and stretcher with slide sheets through their paces in a full outdoor retrieval scenario.

The team are now confident in using the equipment and plan to use what they've learned to train their wider nursing team!

💡 Did you know our equipment can be adapted for some really complex scenarios?

During a recent training session with Laura Wilshaw, Kevin Loader and Steve Mackintosh, we demonstrated how the Swift can be used to safely transfer a sedated patient from a car seat directly onto a stretcher.

Three different options were explored and the Swift came out on top! This is exactly why hands-on training matters. 🙌

🚑 Amazing collaborative training session!

Tim Reynolds worked alongside Laura Wilshaw, Kevin Loader and Steve Mackintosh with Eddie from the Ambulance team that supports the trust to help support a real patient challenge - finding the safest way to transfer a highly anxious patient from their car into day surgery at William Harvey Hospital. Using the Swift, slide sheets and a pat slide, we successfully tried a technique that could make a huge difference to this patient's experience.

Brilliant problem-solving from all involved! 👏
