Reflexologist and aromatherapist based in the beautiful village of Stisted, Braintree. Offering a range of personalised aromatherapy & reflexology treatments.

Member of the FHT, Professional Reflexology Association & ChTA. My holistic therapy journey. I have always used aromatherapy. In my daily life from a young age I enjoyed trying out different essential oils in a burner, taking in the fabulous scents. I also used essential oils topically (on the skin) but it was only later , when I embarked on various courses, I discovered how to use essential oil

safely. I have always loved learning and would emerge myself in books about aromatherapy. To continue my aromatherapy journey I completed my emotional aromatherapy practitioner certification with the Cambridge College of Holistic Health in 2020 and in 2023 I completed my iTEC level 3 aromatherapy diploma at The Cotswold Academy. I have now obtained my level 3 in reflexology so offer a complete holistic experience. I am excited to be getting my lovely Aromatherapy Room ready to start taking my first customers. Watch this space!

Up coming Sound Bath sessions.

Sound Baths provide a relaxed environment for guided meditation. They can help to lower your blood pressure and promote quality sleep.
We will start with a short practice of visualisation or breath work. These are exercises you can use at home. We will then begin the sound bath where you will be wrapped in relaxing sound waves.

I am putting together a series of online workshops. The first workshop will be an introductory session, perfect for those with no or little experience of essential oils, or for those who want to ensure they are using essential oils safely.

Don't forget this Thursday is our sound bath session at Stisted Village hall.
You'll receive a warm welcome as you are guided to rest and relax. Each session starts with a short guided meditation to help you switch off and focus on the sound bath.

Reflexology works best when received regularly, helping to support your wellbeing both emotionally and physically over time. Many clients enjoy weekly or fortnightly sessions to help them feel balanced, relaxed, and supported.

For this summer only, I’m offering a special wellbeing package:
✨ Book 6 reflexology sessions and only pay for 5 ✨

To help make this easier, I’ll also be opening up additional appointment hours throughout the summer allowing you to receive regular weekly or fortnightly sessions.

All 6 sessions must be booked in advance, and my usual cancellation policy will apply (appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged in full). You’ll pay for the first 5 sessions (this can be upfront, or as you go), and your 6th session will be completely free. All 6 sessions need to be taken before the end of August.
