The car park is open! We'll be back at Keeper's on Sunday 9th and 16th of August. £12pp for a 55 minute sauna session, hot sauna - cool mountain pond.

Thurs 20th - Sunday 23rd August we're Green Man Festival head on over to their site to book a revitalising festival sauna and cold shower session (link in our bio).

Sun 30th Aug - no sauna due to private hires

If you've booked for Sunday 2nd Aug and are able to reschedule for another date that can be done online via a link in your booking email.

If you'd prefer a refund then the good news is we'll refund you automatically

Did we mention we're at Green Man festival for 2026?

We're so excited to be back as part of the GM team, and this year you'll find us in the Nature Nurture area. Bringing the restorative power of Y Sawna to the people (not just the stars of the mountain stage like our previous backstage appearance!).

Sessions will be 55min long, £20 per person. Booking is online via the Greenman page - www.greenman.net/tickets/

'Wood-fired barrel sauna'

We'll be taking our 2 wood fired barrel saunas (seating up to 6 people each), a cold shower setup and changing spaces.

Couple of changes from our regular Sunday sauna sessions. We're at private events on the 19th April and 3rd May so no sauna at Keepers then sorry. We've added the Monday 4th May though :) book quick it'll be a popular day!

Sunday morning Keeper's pond sauna preparation routine:

1. Light fire, get the sauna 🔥
2. Leave it a little cleaner than when we got there.
3. Measure the pond temperature, always keeping duck on her lead. Shes not a wild creature.
4. Wipe down the windows and wood. Water and vinegar only.
5. Guaranteed for a lovely löyly.
6. Little break. All work and no play makes me a bored boy.
7. Little bit of nature. Listen to some birds, take in the view. Mentally prepare myself for the first sauna regulars (you know who you are...)
