❤️ A little reflection...

I've been teaching Pilates and yoga for 18 months now, and I genuinely love what I do. 🥲

Seeing clients become stronger, more mobile and more confident is incredibly rewarding. But it's often the connections we make that mean the most.

Today, I spent time with my wonderful client Mary, enjoying mint tea in her beautiful garden. Mary is an amazing and confident lady who has been CEO of her own business and worked with many large brands in marketing. She generously shared her wisdom, guidance, and expertise to help me with my own business journey.

Moments like these remind me that Pilates and yoga are about so much more than movement. They're about community, friendship and supporting one another.💫

Running a small business isn't always easy, but I feel incredibly grateful to do what I love every day and to be surrounded by such inspiring people.

Thank you to all my clients for trusting me with your wellbeing and for being part of this journey with me. ❤️✨

🏃‍♀️❤️ I have always loved to run. This is me at ParkRunBrentwood yesterday. A free Saturday event where you can run or walk the 5km route.

These days, after having a new hip, my runs are much shorter than they used to be. But I know something really important – it's not about the distance, the pace, or the miles. It's about moving your body and getting your heart pumping. Its also about the friendships I have made iver the years.

I encourage all of my Pilates anf Yoga clients to aim for just 20 minutes a day of activity that raises your heart rate. It could be a brisk walk, dancing in the kitchen, cycling, swimming, gardening, or a gentle jog like me.

The benefits are incredible:
✨ Strengthens your heart and lungs
✨ Improves mood and reduces stress
✨ Boosts energy levels
✨ Supports bone and joint health
✨ Helps maintain a healthy weight
✨ Improves sleep
✨ Keeps you independent and active for longer

Having a hip replacement taught me that movement doesn't have to look the same throughout our lives. We adapt, we listen to our bodies, and we keep going.

So today, whether you walk, run, stretch or dance – celebrate what your body can do.

Every step counts. Every heartbeat matters. ❤️
