I offer a truly compassionate massage experience which is tailored to your individual needs. Your massage can be strong and energising or soothing or nurturing. I originally studied massage at the Gerda Boyeson Institute in London in 1989 and practised in London until moving to Hebden Bridge. I now offer not only Swedish Massage but I am also a licenced No Hands (R) Practitioner as well as offer

ing Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Indian Head Massage and Kansa Vatki Ayurvedic Indian foot massage. It generally uses the practitioner's body weight and the soft front of the forearms. It can be gentle and nurturing or energising. Ayurvedic Yoga massage is a deep tissue oil massage followed by assisted yoga stretches. Each full body massage is usually finished with a relaxing Indian head massage. Kansa Vatki foot massage uses a small metal bowl used to work the feet and lower leg, with emphasis on the marma points (acupressure points) My therapy room in Hebden Bridge is next to a wildlife corridor and overlooks my lovely garden. You are welcome to sit a while in my garden after your massage if you wish.
