Some days your body just needs permission to slow down.

So here’s your permission slip.

Four minutes ago you were somewhere else — tight chest, tired mind, running on empty.

Now there’s a little more room. Your breath goes deeper than it did. The noise quiets. Your body remembers it’s allowed to soften.

This is what happens when you stop and just breathe for a few minutes. Nothing to fix, nowhere to be — just you, coming back to yourself.

headphones on, phone down after

how does your body feel right now?

Thank you for taking the time to breathe with me 🙏

Have a blessed day 🧡

What to expect in your first breathwork session…

No experience needed.
You’ll likely leave feeling lighter.

Calmer, clearer, more like yourself.

Not because everything’s fixed — but because something that was stuck has had room to move.

Curious to feel it for yourself?

Join me Monday evening (link in bio) or DM me to talk about 1:1 space.

Or comment “BREATHE” for the deets 🫶

These are real messages from people who’ve come to a breathwork session with me.

Different reasons, different lives — a busy mum grabbing a moment for herself, someone learning to trust the process one breath at a time, someone who left feeling lighter than they arrived.

But the same thread runs through all of them: space to stop, breathe, and come back to themselves.

That’s really all this work is. Not a big transformation overnight — just consistent, honest space to release what you’re carrying and remember what calm actually feels like in your body.

If you’re curious what that could feel like for you —
Online group sessions run Monday evenings at 7pm, link in my bio to save your space.

Or if 1:1 space feels like a better fit right now, send me a DM and let’s chat 🧡

This is the breath I use when I need to let go of something — not just calm down.

It’s called consciously connected breathing, and it’s the method I facilitate and hold space for.

For me, this way of breathing does something a lot of techniques don’t — it doesn’t just get me out of my head. It gets me fully into my body. It lets me step out of my own way, and release the energy and emotion I’ve been carrying without even realising it — the stuff that sits heavy, that makes me feel stuck, that I didn’t consciously choose to hold onto but did anyway.

I always leave a session lighter. More confident. Finding more safety within myself.

Not because everything is suddenly fixed — but because something that was stuck has finally moved.

What’s something you’ve been holding onto that you’re ready to let go of?

If you want to experience this for yourself, join me for the free class this Monday (link in bio) — or message me directly if 1:1 space feels like what you need right now 🧡

Your Somatic Sanctuary is here

Every Monday at 7pm, online — a space to come home to your breath, shake off what the day (or week) left in your body, and remember what it feels like to just be.

We move. We ground. We breathe. We release. We enjoy the bliss. We integrate.

No experience needed — just you, showing up as you are.

Breathe. Release. Return to you.

👇 Comment “BREATH” and I’ll send you the link to join

Most people are never taught how to breathe well - only how to survive stress

But breathing patterns can change

When we improve the way we breathe, we can support nervous system regulation, energy, focus, sleep, as well as emotion and stress resilience

This is a huge part of the work i have learnt and do through breathwork and movement

Save this if you want more breath education that helps you with with your body and not against it 🧡

Bali me was calm, confident, glowing

England me got noro virus, a late period, ate her bodyweight in chocolate and didn’t move for weeks

It’s been humbling

I came home from breathwork training in Ubud feeling like I’d cracked some secret code to safety in myself

But then..
Grey skies
Hormones wild
Energy gone
And I felt… lost

But maybe I wasn’t lost
Maybe I was shedding

It feels like my body needed to purge
To slow down
To come back to reality
To integrate

Now the sun’s out
I’m moving again
Nourishing myself.
Actually being present
I finally stopped procrastinating and held my first Movement is Medicine pilot session (so proud of that one 🥹)

I’m in a full self-discovery era
Trying new things
Wearing what feels like me
Letting myself evolve

And honestly?

I like this version of me more than the “high” one
Spring is doing her thing
And so am I 🧡🙏

My body had to take the wheel because my protectors wouldn’t let go.

During my facilitator training in Bali, I developed a savage cough.
It frustrated the hell out of me.
I felt like my body was failing me — and I couldn’t meet myself with compassion at all.

After some rest, something shifted.
I stopped seeing the cough as a problem and started listening to it as a messenger.

There was something in me that needed to be expressed.
Something I hadn’t realised was still being held as trauma.

My protectors were strong — really strong.
Holding it together. Staying composed. Staying “capable.”
Until they couldn’t anymore.

In one of our circles, I stopped holding back.
I was too ill to keep performing strength.
The cough meant I physically couldn’t hold it all in — and honestly? It was freeing.

I remember thinking, f**k it — I’m just going to be me.
In that moment, I found more safety inside myself than I ever had before.

Confident in my calm.
Able to show up authentically and feel safe doing so.

This is the work I care about.
Not fixing.
Not forcing.
Letting the body speak.

If your body has ever stopped you in your tracks, maybe it wasn’t failing you — maybe it was protecting you.
