Type 1 diabetes can feel very lonely at times. Even those closest to us can never fully understand what it feels like. That’s why I set up this little group – so that we can connect with each other and really feel seen.

For all my fellow T1D’s carrying this quietly, remember you are not alone 🩵
This is the side to Type 1 Diabetes people don’t see and also a side that is so hard to explain to others 😞
People don’t understand the frustrations, the confusion, the worry and the fear that we may experience throughout our journey with T1D 🫶🏼
But even though it can feel lonely in more ways than one, this is why speaking to others and peer support is so incredibly important, something I put a huge emphasis on within my Diabetes coaching programme 🫂
