A massive thank you to everyone who came along to the Junior Herbalist Club taster session last Friday and to the Allington Hillbillies for facilitating it.

I had so much fun teaching a dozen kids (and a few keen parents!) about the medicinal properties or Lavender and Cinnamon, and making scented bags and tasty lip scrubs to take home.

New for 2026/27 - Junior Herbalist Club!

An exciting opportunity for children aged 7+ to learn about the world of herbs in a fun, safe, and informative environment, in an accessible format of one class a month across the academic year.

Each month we will be learning about the medicinal uses of plants via stories, songs, growing, harvesting, and making something to take home - lip balms, healing salves, bath bombs, lotions, potions, and much more! Classes are great fun and incorporate subjects including English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Latin, and Cookery.

JHC Leaders are all qualified herbalists or naturopaths and have to undergo special training to deliver this course. I am currently the only accredited JHC Leader in Dorset.

I am offering 10% off for any bookings made before the end of July. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment!
