If you've been in the club before you'll know how it works 😍 For those that are keen, send me a message - once you're in a weekly club it is unlikely you'll want to give up your space!

A little commitment to yourself from September onwards to take an hour out at our beach to join the community. Watch the season change before your eyes each week, as you become present and connected to the elements and landscape.

I haven't put these up on the website yet, just gauging interest and putting names together. Feel free to tag a friend and get planning! Perhaps you will come with a group already in mind, or bathe solo, but find others here. If you see your usual time and want to let me know to hold it for you, please message 😁

I love a sauna whatever the weather is doing. It helps me to slow down and appreciate my body & nature - we are actually the same thing.

In this modern world, we can forget that we are nature. We can think that we are observing it, or witnessing it.

But we are nature itself.

And nothing as simple as heating the body, perspiring & responding to my body's needs will remind me of this more.

My favourite moment of sauna has got to be that euphoric moment when awe hits, as I step outside and have a moment of awakening... blinking into the world around me as if for the first time. Its rebirth at its finest.

Sauna in the summer actually hekps your body regukate temperature and cool down more efficiently

Its amazing....i love the slower pace of sauna in Summer months. The joy of dipping and relief that comes.

Listen to your body, come hydrated. This is about being mindful and present..not enduring and challenging.

Come and get a different mindset to intensity.
