My experience in spring of music therapy… I’ve used a range of supportive methods in my recovery from illness, but music therapy certainly has felt like it has been a very significant ‘shifter’, changing my state, harmonising me, bringing my whole being into a deeper flow and equilibrium. I experienced very significant shifts from it. I still am learning about this beautiful method but I can’t really recommend it enough, perhaps especially for anyone experiencing something which impacts the brain, nervous system, or where you feel stuck. Others have experienced pain reduction too.
There are not many authentic practitioners existing, who practice in the late Oruç Guvenç’s system (in my experience and understanding this is a very clear lineage), but there are some!
If you are available in December and can get to Vienna, I’d recommend a trip.. will share details soon. I can also send some Spotify links for anyone curious :) Search Tumata…. / Ak Pirim.
/ .gield / .musictherapy are some (all these contain my teacher Ilyas).
These musicians have trained a long time… they clear their ego when they play, and improvisation flows through them. I felt so held. Imagine having a group of sincere and noble men whose clear intention is healing and peace, all singing and playing you lullaby’s …. Gratitude to them 🙏 (it’s not just male musicians but it was this time). Deep beauty.
May all beings be well ✨✨✨✨✨
