Join us at our private nature plot in Stanmer Park for four Saturdays of nature, connection and wellbeing activities in a small, supportive group.

🍂 Ages 11–15: Saturdays, 11am–1pm
🌱 Ages 16–25: Saturdays, 2pm–4pm
📅 Starting 12 September
👥 Small groups – maximum 12 young people

FREE Nature & Wellbeing Sessions for Young People 🌿

Feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed… or just need some time to breathe and connect with others who get it?

The Wild Mind Project is offering FREE nature-based wellbeing sessions for young people aged 11–25 at our beautiful private nature site in Stanmer Park, Brighton.

These sessions are designed to support young people experiencing stress, anxiety or low mood.
