A New Moon Cacao Ceremony is a gentle space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and set intentions for the month ahead.

The new moon represents new beginnings and is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and think about what you’d like to invite into your life.

During the ceremony, we’ll drink ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening natural drink that helps you feel more present, connected, and grounded 🫶🏼

We’ll also meditate and experience a relaxing sound healing journey using soothing instruments and frequencies to help calm the mind, relax the body, and restore balance.

This ceremony is designed to help you:

Holistic and spiritual practices changed my life ✨

These tools have carried me through some of the toughest moments of my life. Honestly, I can’t imagine how I would have coped without access to so many healing modalities and practices that helped me find my way back to myself

When my heart felt like it was breaking into pieces, I gave myself healing to gently put those pieces back together 💔

When life felt like it was spiralling out of control, I learnt how to pause, step back, & see things from a different perspective 🌀

When my heart was racing + panic took over, I learnt how to slow my breath, ground myself, & find safety again through meditation 🧘

Over the years, I’ve invested tens of thousands of £ into my own healing, growth & education — not just for me, but for you too.

So I know what truly feels supportive at retreats.

At one of the 1st retreats I attended, I realised that one throwaway comment from my childhood — something my dad probably never even remembered saying — had quietly shaped so much of my life. At another retreat, I helped facilitate between sessions & became completely obsessed with how it felt to support others in that space.

Watching someone release emotions they had carried for decades. Seeing them feel lighter. Happier. Freer.

That feeling changed something in me 💖

I’ve always loved helping people… but this was different.

Now, I use everything I’ve learnt, every experience, every lesson, every piece of wisdom I’ve gathered along the way to help people on a soul level.

Tonight is a full moon, the second one this month. This only occurs once every few years and so is known as a Blue Moon, hence the saying 'once in a blue moon'.

This Sagittarius blue moon is bringing endings, truth, sudden clarity and massive life shifts.

Today is the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme this year is 'Action' because, while awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action too.

There are many ways you can make a change to how you feel in a moment. A walk in nature or by the sea, calling a friend or family member, taking a few deep calming breaths, reading, taking some time to pamper yourself.
Even the smallest of steps can help to make a difference for yourself, for someone else, for all of us.

As its name suggests this blend can help relieve symptoms of pain. Made with Peppermint for chronic pain, Lavender to soothe muscles, Roman Chamomile to ease stiff joints and Rosemary to reduce inflammation.

All blended to perfection with fractionated coconut oil and Shea butter. Infused with Reiki energy, each balm contains charged amethyst, clear quartz, moonstone, moss agate and rose quartz crystal chips. This powerful combination of essential oils work to relieve a wide variety of painful symptoms 🫶🏼

This isn’t the usual combo you’d expect but we didn’t want it to smell the same as anything else you’d normally expect to find in tiger balm 🐅

But it is a VERY powerful combination. It has a beautiful light fragrance. Our testers ranged from suffering from osteo arthritis and sciatica to general joint pain and all had great results!
