STRONG Pilates Brighton is bringing a unique fitness concept to the South Coast, combining Pilates-inspired strength training with low-impact cardio in one full-body workout.

Using our exclusive Rowformer and Bikeformer machines, members experience high-energy, low-impact training designed to build strength, improve fitness and support long-term wellbeing, regardless of fitness level.

As the first STRONG Pilates studio on the South Coast, we’re excited to become part of Brighton’s thriving health and fitness community when we open in August 2026.

They are also on the Main Stage at 11:00am.

Introducing us - Toby & Amber, the faces behind BRIGHTON FITNESS FESTIVAL 👋🏽

We are busy behind the scenes prepping everything for BFF 2026, but wanted to firstly introduce ourselves properly so you can get to know us a little better ☺️

Toby, Event Founder, face of TPG Sports Events - our main man! Toby has worked in the sports events world now for over 8 years, running charity an corporate golf days (on top of BFF) as well as now also being Head of UK and Europe at Avoda Golf ⛳️

Amber, Event Manager - experienced Sports and Events Manager for mass participation events as well as working full time in the charity industry, delivering a portfolio of fundraising events for amazing causes!

The two faces who work overtime to create this fun filled community event celebrating fitness and wellbeing in Brighton and Hove, something we’re both so passionate about!
