What a night! What a show!
We are sorry to everyone who missed Not Another Group Chat - it was SOLD OUT both nights! We are so happy with how we all performed though ❤️ Hopefully we can do it again some time for everyone who sadly missed out on tickets.

We get to perform at the Brighton Fringe again tomorrow with Grace Eyre - Not Another Group Chat is sold out again. But we will post photos so you can all see what we got up to!

What a night! We did it....our first Brighton Fringe performance with Grace Eyre's Purple Productions Team 💜 Grace Eyre in the show Not Another Group Chat at Junk Poets, Caravanserai.

So proud of all the performers ❤️ and we get to do it all again next Wednesday!

'Not Another Group Chat!!!' starts this week! 😄😎😜

The play, put on by Grace Eyre's Purple Productions events team and also starring Echo Performing Arts, tells the tale of the many different brain types meeting in one legendary group chat.

We got a little sneak peek recently and it's looking good! 🤩

Let's talk about feedback 🗣️

Telling us how you feel after dancing in our sessions is really important to us. We welcome any feedback, and we have an accessible board for everyone to use in case they need prompts and ideas. 🙂😞🤩💪🏻

All of our leaders are trained in gaining feedback from each person, and we do this at the end of each session.

We had an awesome time bowling on Saturday, the dance leaders were joined by some of our dancer friends for a game and a drink afterwards.

This opportunity was funded by The National Lottery Community Fund so a big thank you to them.

Ellie, Sarah and Lisa were at Woodingdean Community Centre today at their annual “What’s on?” day. We joined in with lots of different activities held weekly at Woodingdean Community Centre, and promoted our work too. Ellie led a dance to For Good from Wicked 🧹💚 there was Tai Chi, Yoga, Gentle Circuit training, Karate and dancing. A great day!
