Rosemary Oil for Cooking.
*
As u can probably guess by my Insta name, rosemary is just my all time favourite herb and it grows like mad for me here in our sunny front garden.
I've made up some olive oil with fresh rosemary for the weekend - the colour is lovely! The thing about this recipe is that it is made in an uncovered slocooker so the smell of it is right through the kitchen.
For my roast root veg and to dip bread...delicious!!
Basically just fresh rosemary, cover with olive oil in an uncovered slocooker on high heat for one hour. Cool, strain into a clean jar. Keeps up to 10 days in the fridge.
Much cheaper than buying it, tastes better, and I've found another use for my big rosemary plant!
I found the recipe online .
