It’s going to be a looooong day 😂 but a fun one! 😃

and I tried snow shoeing for the first time, and it was a baptism of fire! As usual though, we had a fun, but exhausting time. Unlike usual, we broke into and slept in a faeces-strewn shed.

NO GROUP CLASS!

Thanks to everyone who came to the group classes, it was a good experience and I had a fun time preparing and running them 😃

Unfortunately I won't be running them on a consistent basis from now. I intend to put on some movement efficiency workshops in the future so stay tuned for those!
