A few spaces remaining for tonight’s Drumming Circle🥁

If you’ve been thinking about coming along, we’d love to welcome you to our very first drumming circle at The Conscious Breath this evening

This circle is open to everyone, all genders, all ages (16+), complete beginners and experienced drummers alike. You don’t need any musical experience, just an open mind and a willingness to join the circle.

We’ll share a gentle herbal release ritual, a cacao ceremony, a guided drumming journey, and time to simply connect, breathe and be.
