And before anyone gets defensive 😂 most riders genuinely can’t feel they’re doing it.

That’s why EQ Band sessions can be such a game changer.

The bands provide feedback through pressure and resistance, helping highlight imbalances, asymmetries, stability issues and movement habits that may be transferring from human to horse.

It’s a bit like reformer Pilates for riders 🐎

Once you become aware of what your body is doing, we can then work on improving it both on and off the horse through rider focused rehab, stability work and movement training.

Excited to now offer EQ Bands rider performance sessions as part of my sports rehabilitation and equine performance services 🐎

EQ Bands are a specialised training tool designed to improve your rider stability, balance, core strength and overall position in the saddle. By providing real time feedback, they allow you to develop better body awareness and make immediate adjustments to your movement.

This is particularly important as modern riding places increasing physical demands on both horse and rider. Improving rider biomechanics can directly impact the horse’s movement, performance and long term wellbeing.

My sessions will focus on a holistic approach to rider performance, combining:

I’m honestly so proud of myself 🥹

Starting horse archery last year felt impossible but I showed up, pushed through and stayed committed, even when it wasn’t easy or convenient.

Coming 5th in a competition might seem small to some, but to me, it’s a huge reminder of my resilience, my consistency and my ability to keep moving forward no matter what life throws at me.
