What if one weekend could leave you feeling stronger, calmer, more connected and truly looked after? 🌿
Between 8th–10th May, we hosted an incredibly special restorative weekend for women in midlife at the beautiful — a space to reconnect with ourselves, move our bodies, nourish from within, and connect with like-minded women in the beautiful Devon countryside.
A huge thank you to the brilliant and .moppett who produced the most beautiful home-cooked, nutritious meals throughout the weekend. Every meal had been thoughtfully designed to support hormone balance and wellbeing in midlife; making every meal nourishing and educational.
With the support of Bethan , our mornings began with gentle pre-breakfast yoga sessions to mobilise and prepare our bodies for the day ahead, as well as bring a sense of calm and inner peace; something I think we would all like more of next time.
Strength training is such an important part of healthy ageing for women. Sessions encouraged everyone to lift heavier, and experience the benefits of combining strength and metabolic training.
We were also incredibly lucky to have our fabulous guest speaker Rosie Letts , who opened up important conversations around nutrition for midlife women and shared invaluable knowledge in such an accessible and empowering way.
From nervous system reset to peaceful countryside walks, meaningful conversations, laughter, movement and rest — every part of the weekend was designed to help women feel stronger, calmer and more connected.
Special thanks also to .olivia.x and .sibson for all of the admin and photography support throughout the retreat — I truly could not have done it without every single one of you.
Feeling so grateful for everyone who joined us and already looking forward to next year.
