Very interesting news ..!

A burglar was caught on camera stealing from an apartment.

But what people remembered wasn't what he took. It was what he did before leaving.

He broke in. He took items. He committed a crime. But as he was heading toward the door, he noticed something. The owner's cat. And instead of just walking out, he stopped.

He walked over to the cat's food area and fed it.

Then he left.

The moment spread online because nobody knew what to do with the contradiction. A man in the act of burglary. A man taking the time to feed someone else's pet. A crime that paused for kindness to an animal that had done nothing to him.

People were genuinely divided about what they were watching.

Some called it hilarious. Some called it bizarrely wholesome. Some said it was the weirdest thing they'd ever seen — a burglar with a soft spot for cats.

The robbery was real. The crime happened. Nobody was pretending it wasn't serious.

But the internet couldn't stop thinking about one detail. A man who was stealing from someone still couldn't walk past a hungry cat without feeding it. The moment revealed something that didn't fit the narrative of who he was supposed to be.

A robbery. An interruption. A burglar who apparently couldn't help being kind to a pet.

And an internet completely confused about whether to be amused or unsettled by it. 🐱💔

The last Sultan of the Ottoman Empire owned 1,500 cats. When he was overthrown, they only let him take one. Sultan Abdul Hamid II kept one of the most extravagant cat collections in recorded history at the Yildiz Palace in Istanbul.

According to Heinrich Schaefer, the Australian-born caretaker of the Sultan's animals, 1,500 cats of different breeds lived on the palace grounds - including 12 Persians who had the run of the imperial quarters.

The cats shared the palace with 3,500 horses, 200 parrots, 6,000 pigeons, and a private zoo that was reportedly the largest in the world at the time.

In April 1909, the Young Turks stormed the palace and deposed him. The Sultan was allowed to take 38 family members into exile in Thessaloniki.

Of his 1,500 cats, he was permitted to bring exactly one - a white cat named Pamuk. The zoo was destroyed. The rest of the cats were scattered.

He kept Pamuk with him until his death in 1918.
